Advanced Paralegal Seminar (TAPS) on Thursday, October 5, 2017. This seminar is one of the largest gatherings of legal and paralegal professionals in Texas, and features speakers who are sought after for their in-depth knowledge of topics that impact the law.

Harper, a registered patent attorney, concentrates his practice on patent, trademark, and copyright matters. He also represents clients in litigating complex intellectual property disputes involving patents, trademarks and copyrights in federal and state courts across the country, as well as managing patent post-grant proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
